Mr. Felts provides grant writing services
and consulting in the areas of Program Development, Strategic
Planning, Evaluation and Cultural Competence.
Mr. Felts has worked with a variety of
non-profit organizations, foundations, government agencies, school
districts, health care providers and private industry. Mr. Felts

In addition to grant writing, Mr. Felts
concentrates on assisting organizations to build programs and
administrative structures that will help them meet their goals
and obtain more funding.
Education
Mr. Felts holds a Master of Theological
Studies (1990) from Duke University. His Master's program was
focused in the areas of cultural studies, feminist and critical
theory, and theology and ethics. Mr. Felts also holds Bachelor
of Arts in English from the University of California at Davis.
Mr. Felts is currently an adjunct faculty member at Chapman University,
where he teaches course on Women and Religion, Global Ethics,
and Cultural Heritage.
Personal
Mr. Felts is a published
poet and freelance writer whose work spans music criticism, sports,
politics, and cultural theory.
